As I guide people through the simple and powerful process of inquiry, called The Work, you find again and again that stressful beliefs—about life, other people, or yourself radically shift. Through this process, anyone can learn to identify and question the thoughts that cause them pain. Not only teaching that all the problems in the world originate in our thinking: you are given the tools to open your minds and set ourselves free. Winter Solstice Mental Cleanse Friday, December 10 @ 6:00 pm until Sunday, December 12 @ 2:30 pm. 2 nights accomodations at Loretta Mother House, just outside of Bardstown, Kentucky. $125 without meals. $155 with 6 meals.
